Pilates and yoga work together to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress, making both pregnancy and postpartum recovery smoother. You can expect 15 minutes o Prenatal Pilates and 15 minutes of Prenatal yoga followed by a Q+A with Kenzie and Jacquie to support you on your prenatal, postnatal + motherhood journeys!
